ABOUT US
A history of industry leading service.
In 1946, Hugh William King founded a woodworking business making doors, windows, and church pews. The present manufacturing business evolved in a unique way from this woodworking business. One day Mr. King found he could not buy a certain part he needed, so he invented, patented, and manufactured the safety device himself and called it the King E-Z Feed. As the manufacturing and selling of the King E-Z Feed grew, the woodworking business was phased out.
King Manufacturing Co., Inc. was incorporated on Sept. 30, 1963, in the State of Mississippi as a metal fabricating business. Mr. King died from a sudden heart attack in 1979, and the business was left to the family members.
On November 1, 1984, Thomas E. and Betty King Robertson (daughter of Hugh King) purchased the business from the other family members and led the company until Thomas’ death in 2015. It remains in the Robertson family, and it is still operated this way today.
We are located in the Corinth industrial park with two buildings consisting of 120,000 square feet and ranging from 40-50 employees. We manufacture a wide variety of metal parts ranging from highly precision automatic screw machine products to large metals stampings. We also have three automated packaging machines and several stationary tables to pack and assemble kits.
We are proud of the legacy started by a man with determination and foresight and carried on by his family.
